Seems like the rear is about 2.5 inches higher than front (33" front and 35.5" measured to the bottom of the fender flare). Also seems like there is also 1 inch difference between passenger side and driver side (33 vs 32 in front ) and (35.5 vs 34.5 in rear).
TheRear shocks are the same for the QL and standard. There is a third setup that has to do with the "Load levelling Suspension", this is not the same as Quadra-Lift and should not be confused with it. The "Load levelling Suspension" rear shocks are different from both the QL and standard rear shocks which are the same.

Atthis point the rear fails to lower and only one of the front air bags will raise to any level with all of the typical system failure messages. Thesteering wheel alignment is adjusted two ways. Gross adjustment with the tie rod ends and final adjustment is done with a scan tool hooked up under the dash to center it dead on. Some techs don't have the tool or take the extra time. Search around for alignment on Jeep Garage. There's a lot of good info.
