Along with nearby Tignes ski resort, Val d’Isère, forms the French Alps self-titled " Most Beautiful Ski Area in the World ". I’ve skied there once. Did it with my wife on a ski 3 Countries in One Day mission. It’s connected to La Thuile, Italy on the other side. So that’s two countries right there. Great skiing. Ate on the Italian La Thuile side. Killer Italian on-mountain food. Very reasonable prices. Both area totally Rock. 👍
The standard route from Geneva Airport to La Rosiere (209km) will usually take you via routes A41 and N90. Through Route de Pré-Bois and Route de Vernier move to A1/E25/E62 (Vernier). Move on A41, A43/E70, A430 and N90 towards D1090 (Bourg-Saint-Maurice, France). Keep moving on D1090 towards your end destination (Montvalezan).

Easy access to the station: 35 min from the Bourg-Saint-Maurice TGV station and 2h45 from Lyon International Airport. La Rosiere is a ski resort in the Haute Tarentaise, it's located at 1850 metres on a south facing ridge with skiing down to 1176m from a maximum height of 2800m. I love skiing here and have skied here since 2000, IMO there's something for everyone.

So that everyone can find somethig to enjoy on our mountain, we also offer a huge range of different activities during the day and post skiing, all of which are organised and run by our highly trained professionals.
Lovely French village split into two easily walkable areas. We stayed in Les Eucherts which is fab. Plenty of ski shops for rental choice. 10 mins walk to La Rosiere main area. Very pretty resort generally with incredible views. Highly recommend it for a range of ski abilities. Mostly blue and reds wide slopes. Not too busy at any time during week.
